The Jones Experience, operated by Crowe’s Ultimate Childcare Services, provides safe, structured, and developmentally focused after‑school care for families in our community. The following policies ensure clarity, consistency, and the highest standard of care for all enrolled children.

  • Crowe’s Ultimate Childcare is dedicated to offering high-quality childcare that supports children’s academic, social, and emotional development while providing dependable support for working families. The Jones Experience extends this mission through structured programming, enrichment activities, and positive community engagement.

  • Our program is designed to give children a balanced environment where they can decompress, complete assignments, build friendships, and explore creativity. We emphasize respect, responsibility, and personal growth within a warm, structured setting.

  • After-School Care Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

    Full-Day Care (Teacher Workdays) 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

    Pick-Up Window Anytime before 6:00 PM

    Program Dates August 25, 2025 – June 10, 2026

    Special Closure December 4–5, 2025 (First Moravian Church Candle Tea Event)

  • Programming is held at First Moravian Church and includes:

    • Daily snack and hydration

    • Homework and quiet study time

    • Arts and crafts

    • Music and movement

    • Outdoor play and fitness

    • Science and discovery stations

    • Optional field trips on teacher workdays

  • 5.1 Program Fees

    5.2 Payment Procedures

    • Invoices are sent the Saturday before each week.

    • Accepted payment methods: online invoice or Venmo (@crowesultimatechildcare).

    • All payments are non-refundable.

    5.3 Weekly Fee Adjustments

    • If the program operates three or more days, the weekly fee remains $75.

    • If the program operates two days or fewer, the weekly fee is $50.

    5.4 Late Payments

    • After 12:00 PM Monday: $5 late fee

    • After 6:00 PM Monday: child may not attend until fees are paid

    • By Tuesday at 8:00 AM: unpaid accounts will result in suspension of school pickup

    • Scheduled withdrawal: No charge with a minimum 7-day notice.

    • Unscheduled withdrawal: Full week’s fee will be charged.

  • To maintain safety and efficiency:

    • Children may be picked up anytime before 6:00 PM.

    • Notify staff if early pickup is planned.

    • Use the provided QR code to sign out your child.

    • Call 336-338-0997 upon arrival; staff will escort your child outside.

    • Doors remain locked at all times.

    • Only authorized adults may pick up children.

    • First 10 minutes after 6:00 PM: $5 fee

    • Each additional 5 minutes: $1 fee

  • To ensure safe transportation:

    • Notify staff via call, text, or email if your child will be absent.

    • Failure to notify may result in an inconvenience fee.

  • Crowe’s Ultimate Childcare promotes a respectful, safe, and supportive environment.

    10.1 Positive Reinforcement

    • Praise reports

    • Special recognitions

    • Incentives for positive behavior

    10.2 Guidance and Correction

    • Redirection and cool-off time

    • Reflection and age-appropriate consequences

    • Collaborative communication with families

    10.3 Bullying and Safety

    • Zero tolerance for bullying or aggressive behavior

    • Repeated infractions may result in dismissal

    • Registration must be completed through our website.

    • A $15 non-refundable registration fee is required per child.

    • Closed for all nationally recognized holidays

    • Special closure on December 4–5 for the Candle Tea Event

    • Daily snack and drink provided

    • Full-day care includes an additional snack

    • Families may send meals from home

    • Meals are not provided this year to maintain affordability

    • Technology use is not part of the regular after-school routine.

    • Devices may be used for homework or reading with parental permission.

    • Devices must be used responsibly.

    • Staff may limit device use based on behavior or appropriateness.

    • Staff do not administer medication.

    • Children may self-administer with parental consent and required documentation.

    • All staff are trained in CPR/AED and emergency procedures.

    • First aid kits are available on-site and during transportation.

    15.1 Medical Emergencies

    • Staff will provide immediate first aid and contact families.

A Program of Crowe’s Ultimate Childcare Services, LLC

  • By enrolling my child in Camp Crowe, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding liability, safety, and participation in all program activities, including on-site programming, transportation, and off-site field trips.

    I understand that Camp Crowe staff take all reasonable precautions to provide a safe, supervised, and developmentally appropriate environment for every child. However, I recognize that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to active play, outdoor environments, transportation, and group interactions.

    In consideration of my child’s participation in Camp Crowe programs, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Camp Crowe, its owners, directors, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, illness, or damage that may occur while my child is participating in camp activities, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct by Camp Crowe staff.

    I understand that:

    • My child participates voluntarily in all camp activities.

    • Camp Crowe is not responsible for personal items lost, damaged, or brought from home against program guidelines.

    • I am responsible for ensuring that all medical, emergency, and contact information provided on my child’s Enrollment Application is accurate and up to date.

    • I assume full financial responsibility for any medical treatment or services required as a result of illness, accident, or emergency involving my child.

    This Release of Liability applies to all camp sessions, field trips, transportation, special events, and extended-day programming offered by Camp Crowe.

  • Camp Crowe is committed to maintaining a safe and responsive environment for all children. To ensure consistent care, the following medical policies and emergency procedures apply to all campers:

    General Medical Policies

    • Staff do not administer medication under any circumstances.

    • Children may self-administer medication only with written parental consent and required documentation.

    • staff members are trained in CPR/AED, basic first aid, and emergency response procedures.

    • Fully stocked first aid kits are available on-site and carried during all field trips and transportation.

    Medical Emergencies

    In the event of an accident, illness, or medical emergency:

    • Staff will provide immediate first aid within the scope of their training.

    • Families will be contacted as soon as possible using the information provided on the Enrollment Application.

    • If a situation is serious or life-threatening, 911 will be called immediately, and emergency medical services will determine the appropriate next steps.

    • If emergency transport is required, staff will accompany or follow the child until a parent or guardian arrives.

    • If a parent or guardian cannot be reached, staff will contact the emergency contacts listed on the Enrollment Application.

    I understand that Camp Crowe staff will make every effort to reach me in the event of an emergency. I authorize staff to seek professional medical assistance if necessary and accept full financial responsibility for any medical treatment or services required.

    By signing below, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to the Medical Emergencies & Health Procedures Policy.

  • Participation in Camp Crowe programs, including on-site activities and off-site field trips, involves inherent risks associated with active play, outdoor environments, transportation, and group activities. Camp Crowe takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe, supervised, and developmentally appropriate experience for every camper. By enrolling my child, I acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to my child’s participation.

    I give permission for my camper to participate in all scheduled activities and field trips as outlined by Camp Crowe. I understand that all trips are supervised by trained staff and that transportation will be provided according to program policies.

    I acknowledge that Camp Crowe staff members carry a copy of my child’s Enrollment Application and emergency information during all field trips and off-site activities. I confirm that I have provided accurate and up-to-date information, including my phone number, address, my child’s date of birth, primary physician, preferred hospital, and all relevant health details such as allergies, medications, dietary restrictions, and medical conditions.

    By signing below, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Assumption of Risk Policy.

  • Camp Crowe is a structured, safety‑driven summer program operated by Crowe’s Ultimate Childcare Services, LLC. The program provides supervised recreational, educational, and enrichment activities for school‑aged children during the summer months. Camp Crowe adheres to all organizational standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures established by Crowe’s Ultimate Childcare Services.

  • 2.1 Mission Statement

    Crowe’s Ultimate Childcare Services, LLC is committed to delivering high‑quality childcare that prioritizes safety, development, and family support. Our mission is to provide dependable, structured, and enriching programs that foster children’s academic, social, emotional, and physical growth.

    2.2 Program Philosophy

    Camp Crowe offers a structured summer experience emphasizing creativity, physical activity, social‑emotional learning, and positive peer engagement. Activities include field trips, arts and crafts, fitness, themed programming, station rotations, and supervised recreational play.

  • 3. Enrollment & Registration

    3.1 Eligibility

    Camp Crowe serves school‑aged children who meet developmental and behavioral readiness requirements for group care.

    3.2 Registration Procedures

    All registration must be completed online through the Crowe’s Ultimate Childcare Services website.

    3.3 Required Documentation

    Enrollment is not complete until all required forms are submitted, including:

    • Registration form

    • Medical information form

    • Emergency contacts

    • Authorized pick‑up list

    • Liability waiver

    • Transportation consent

    • Swim assessment acknowledgment

    • Photo/media release

    • Policy acknowledgment agreement

    3.4 Registration Fee

    A non‑refundable $100 registration fee is required per child. This fee includes Camp Crowe apparel.

  • 4.1 Program Dates

    June 15, 2026 – August 14, 2026

    4.2 Hours of Operation

    • Camp Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

    • Aftercare: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

    4.3 Holiday Closures

    Camp Crowe is closed July 3–4 in observance of Independence Day.

  • 5.1 Fee Schedule

    • Whole Summer Plan: $190/week

    • Drop‑In Plan: $220/week

    • Aftercare: $30/week

    All fees are non‑refundable.

    5.2 Payment Procedures

    • Invoices are issued the Saturday prior to each camp week.

    • Weekly tuition is due Monday at drop‑off.

    • Payments not received by 12:00 PM Monday incur a late fee.

    • Payments not received by 6:00 PM Monday result in suspension until the balance is paid.

    5.3 Non‑Payment

    Failure to pay by Tuesday at 8:00 AM may result in removal from the program.

    5.4 Withdrawal

    • Scheduled withdrawal: No charge with 7‑day notice.

    • Unscheduled withdrawal: Full week’s tuition is charged.

  • Parents must notify staff of absences via call, text, or email. Accurate attendance is required for safety and field trip planning.

  • 7.1 Arrival Procedures

    Campers must arrive by 8:00 AM on field trip days. Breakfast ends at 8:10 AM.

    7.2 Dismissal Procedures

    • Pick‑Up Window: 3:15 PM – 3:30 PM

    • Aftercare Pick‑Up: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

    • Parents must use the provided QR code to sign out their child.

    • Upon arrival, call 336‑338‑0997; staff will escort the child outside.

    • Doors remain locked for safety.

    7.3 Late Pick‑Up

    • First 10 minutes: $5

    • Each additional 5 minutes: $1 Repeated late pick‑ups may result in suspension of aftercare privileges.

    7.4 Transportation Safety

    All transportation is provided by trained staff using company vehicles. Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Failure to arrive on time for field trips may result in the child missing the trip.

  • 8.1 Field Trips

    Field trips occur Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Requirements:

    • Arrival by 8:00 AM

    • Camp shirt required

    • All waivers completed

    • Proper supplies (towel, change of clothes, sunscreen, etc.)

    Missing the van may result in the camper not attending the trip.

    8.2 Swimming & Water Safety

    Campers who indicate swimming ability must complete a Swim Assessment. Campers who decline or do not pass will remain in the non‑swimmer area. Assignments are final and based solely on safety.

    8.3 Technology Use

    • One hour of tech time per day (split sessions)

    • No social media, photos, or calls

    • Inappropriate content results in immediate loss of privileges

  • 9.1 Code of Conduct

    Campers must:

    • Follow staff instructions

    • Maintain respectful behavior

    • Keep hands and feet to themselves

    • Use appropriate language

    • Participate safely in all activities

    9.2 Positive Behavior Supports

    • Praise reports

    • Incentives

    • Special recognitions

    9.3 Corrective Action

    1. Verbal warning

    2. Redirection or reflection time

    3. Administrative conference

    4. Parent contact

    5. Early pick‑up or suspension

    9.4 Zero‑Tolerance Behaviors

    Immediate removal may occur for:

    • Physical aggression

    • Bullying or harassment

    • Threatening behavior

    • Unsafe conduct on field trips or in vehicles

    • Possession of prohibited items

  • 10.1 Illness

    Children must be picked up for:

    • Fever of 100°F or higher

    • Vomiting

    • Contagious symptoms

    • Any condition preventing safe participation

    10.2 Medication

    Staff do not administer medication. Self‑administration is permitted only with proper documentation.

    10.3 Emergency Medical Care

    In emergencies:

    • Staff provide first aid

    • Parents are contacted

    • 911 is called when necessary

    • A staff member accompanies or follows the child until a guardian arrives

  • Includes:

    • Evacuation procedures

    • Severe weather protocols

    • Lockdown procedures

    • Emergency communication plan

    • Staff emergency roles

  • All staff:

    • Are CPR/AED certified

    • Complete background checks

    • Receive annual training

    • Follow supervision ratios and safety protocols

  • Camp Crowe is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Electronics must be stored when not in use.

  • 14.1 Photo/Video Release

    Parents authorize or decline media use during registration.

    14.2 Communication

    Parents must maintain updated contact information and respond promptly to staff communication.

  • Parents acknowledge and agree to:

    • Assumption of risk for all camp activities

    • Liability waiver releasing Crowe’s Ultimate Childcare Services from claims arising from ordinary program activities

    • Transportation consent

    • Medical treatment consent

    • Swim assessment and placement decisions

    • Adherence to all policies and procedures

    A signed acknowledgment is required for participation.
